Shepherd Training
At GGC, we place a premium on the spiritual formation of shepherds. As shepherds grow, our small groups grow. With this goal in mind, we desire our small group shepherds to be formed in the areas of Call, Character and Community. We encourage shepherds to take advantage of the variety of spiritual formation opportunities available at GGC (such as Shaped by the Spirit, Kaleo, 4th Friday Forum, The Mentored Life, etc.) and through other organizations (e.g. Renovare.) In addition to attending classes and participating in community events, small group shepherds are paired with a GGC pastor for ongoing support and mentorship.
